Col. Rajyavardhan Rathore’s Call - Where Daughters Are Safe, Nations Rise

A Vision Beyond Politics: Rathore’s India Where Daughters Lead the Change

“Where daughters are safe, nations rise.” These powerful words from Col. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Cabinet Minister in the Government of Rajasthan, echo far beyond a slogan—they represent a vision for India’s future.

From being an Olympic medalist and Army veteran to now serving as a Cabinet Minister handling key departments such as Youth Affairs, Sports, Industry & Commerce, IT & Communications, Skill Development, and Military Welfare — Rathore’s leadership journey is defined by discipline, empathy, and national service.

At a recent Atmanirbhar Bharat event in Jhotwara, Rathore highlighted that the foundation of a developed India lies in the empowerment of women and the safety of daughters. His message was clear: “When women are secure, skilled, and respected, the nation moves forward with confidence.”

Safety First: Building a Secure Environment for Every Daughter

Women’s safety is a recurring theme in Rathore’s speeches and actions. As MLA from Jhotwara, he believes that “development without safety is incomplete.”

Under his guidance, several programs have been launched in Jhotwara to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive ecosystem for women and children. These include:

  • Installation of 5,000+ smart streetlights to improve nighttime safety.

  • New police stations and chowkis in Sarna Dungar, Begas, and Hathoj.

  • Awareness drives for self-defense training and legal literacy among young girls.

  • Dedicated grievance cells to address women’s safety concerns quickly.

Rathore’s approach connects safety with dignity, ensuring that women can move, study, and work freely.

He often says,

“When a daughter feels safe walking home at night, that’s the real indicator of progress.”
